Photo Policy


Photo & Video Release Policy

As part of our programs and events, the Watertown Parks and Recreation Department may take photographs or videos of participants, including children, for the purpose of promoting our programs and community engagement.

By registering your child for a program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I give permission to the Watertown Parks and Recreation Department to take photographs and/or videos of my child during program activities. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, brochures, flyers, website content, and other department-related materials. I understand that no personal information (e.g., full names) will be shared with any image unless separate consent is provided.

If you do not wish to have your child photographed or recorded, please contact our office directly at (860)945-5246 or watertownctrec@watertownct.org prior to the start of the program.


Photo Consent:
I give permission for photos/videos of my child to be taken and used for Parks and Recreation promotional purposes (social media, website, brochures, etc.).
