Strength, Stability & Light Cardio - This full-body class combines resistance bands, Pilates balls, and sliders to improve balance, core strength, and overall functional movement. Designed for all fitness levels, modifications will be provided to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely. Each session includes a warm-up, targeted strength and stability work, light cardio, and finishes with stretching and a cool-down. What to bring: Exercise mat, water bottle, and sneakers.
