A quiet, structured playtime focused on mindfulness and sensory activities, along with traditional children’s games that encourage patience, focus, and social interaction. During these sessions, children would engage in games like jacks, cat’s cradle, Chinese strip rope, and other classic activities that require sitting, concentration, and cooperative play. There would be no arts and crafts—just simple, hands-on games that foster mindfulness, fine motor skills, and meaningful peer interactions. Instructors: Anne Gibbons and Jenifer Caprari
