Join us for a yoga class that combines the gentle poses of Hatha with the flowing movements of Vinyasa. Each class has a unique theme, offering a perfect mix of relaxation, strength, and flexibility. I’ll guide you through each pose, explaining how yoga works, while providing modifications to suit your body’s needs. We’ll start from the basics, ensuring a strong foundation for your practice. Enjoy soothing aromatherapy, calming music, and a peaceful space to unwind and reconnect with yourself. Open to all fitness levels.
