Winter is a time to slow down, reflect, and nourish ourselves. In this 4-week series, we will explore practices that cultivate stability, warmth, rest, and renewal. Each session includes light warm-ups, a yoga sequence aligned with the week’s theme, breathwork, guided meditation, and self-care practices to integrate at home.
