Winter invites us to slow down, reflect, and embrace stillness. In this 4-week meditation series, we will explore a different meditation technique each week, designed to foster inner calm, clarity, and renewal throughout the colder months. Each session will begin with light warm-ups to prepare the body, followed by breathwork, a guided meditation, and time for reflection. Open to all experience levels, this series is ideal for those looking to deepen their practice or begin a fresh start in the new year. Guided by Jackie Loyer
