Basic Athletic Preparedness Register View Cart

This program is a great opportunity for parents to get their kids introduced to the gym environment in a safe and age appropriate way while being guided by a qualified and experienced strength coach. Athletes who have weight room experience will also greatly benefit from the program. This program is most beneficial to athletes who have not previously been coached in the weight room however, experienced weight room athletes will still greatly benefit. Max: 12 kids per session.
 
- Pre-hab, injury prevention (when you get these movements right it makes the strength exercises better)
- Speed mechanics
- progress from there to the next progressions- introduce strength exercise movements
- Linear speed, plyometrics
The program gets more advanced each week as the athletes advance.
 
The ability to perform their athletic movements both effectively and safely to maximize performance & injury prevention. Athletes will be working in small groups with Coach TJ Belanger
