Join Our 6-Week Program for Boys Ages 11-13! Designed to foster confidence, resilience, and physical strength, this fun and supportive series, led by Nick Switz, combines dynamic yoga movements, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and physical conditioning. The program equips boys with tools to navigate school, sports, and life challenges with strength and ease.
Each session includes engaging activities that promote both physical and emotional development, helping participants build strength, balance, and agility while encouraging self-expression and mental resilience.
