We will follow the acrobatic arts syllabus with certified instructor Lori Wootton. This class has been designed for ages 4-8. Students will learn and work on motor skills such as hopping, skipping, marching, gallops and jumping. We will work on skills to improve balance, flexibility and strength as well as work on skills like forward rolls, cartwheels, bridges and handstands. This is a great class to get your little ones active and work on flexibility and basic skills before they can start tumbling. Girls must wear a leotard/biketard with hair pulled back and Boys a t shirt and shorts. All students must be barefoot.
