Acro Dance Beginner/Intermediate • Register • View Cart •

We will follow the acrobatic arts syllabus with certified instructor Lori Wootton. Students will begin with basic stunts such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and beginner balances. More advanced students will continue to add to their repertoire with more advanced tumbling and balancing skills. we will focus strongly on stretching and flexibility. In this class we will start learning the basic acrobatic movements to start your student’s foundation to learning more advanced tricks. In this class we will focus on forward rolls, back rolls, cartwheels, handstands, mastering a bridge and so much more! (more tricks are available for those students that can master these skills quickly as everyone learns at their own pace). Girls must wear a leotard/biketard; bike shorts can be worn over leotard, hair pulled back and barefoot. Boys must wear tight forming tank top with shorts and be barefoot.
