We will follow the acrobatic arts syllabus with certified instructor Lori Wootton. This class is designed for ages 3-5. Students will learn basic tumbling skills as well as skills that focus on improving balance, flexibility, and strength. Skills of focus include: Rolls, Pre-cartwheel, Somersault, Gallops, Bridge, L handstands and skipping. This is a great class for your little ones to be introduced to acro dance and seamlessly transition to advanced tumbling. Girls must wear a leotard/biketard, hair pulled back and barefoot. Boys must wear tight forming tank top with shorts and be barefoot.
