This program, tailored for teens, delves into various food, nutrition, and yoga topics each week, encouraging open discussions and journaling. Alongside exploring Intuitive Eating principles, you'll participate in yoga sessions geared towards teens. The workshop culminates with an enjoyable cooking class. Be sure to bring your yoga mat, journal, pen, water bottle, and an open mind for a journey of learning and self-discovery.
