Gentle Yoga for Health and Well-Being
In this six-week class instructor Patricia Conti will teach yoga postures to strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, balance, and range of motion. You will learn breathing techniques to reduce stress and help you maintain deeper levels of relaxation throughout your day. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring an exercise/yoga mat or large towel and a small pillow. In the event of inclement weather call the INFO-Line at 860-945-5272 before you leave your home. There will be no make-up classes.
