New Kids Only - Dynamic karate techniques taught with an emphasis on kicks, punches, blocks, coordination, patterns of movement, and bullying prevention. Situational self-defense will be taught so our youngest can avoid conflict. This class teaches the components listed while building self-esteem and respect for self and others through the art of Cheezic Tang Soo Do.
Students with Belts Only - This class is for students who have attended a belt graduation and have an existing belt. It is designed to have students develop into the more structured Cheezic Tang Soo Do karate program once they turn 7 years old.
