Excellent summer training for athletes who participate in ANY sport. Whether you are preparing for a Fall sport or just looking to stay fit in a fun environment, this program is for you!  No previous experience is required.  We will cover the basics of running, including proper form. We will incorporate dynamic warm-ups, speed & interval training, agility, flexibility, strength, and core work in a fun and interactive way that appeals to all!
