Are you looking to shed pandemic pounds, reduce stress, get into great shape, feel energized, and have fun with others?  Come join us for this fun, quick, efficient and effective workout! We will warm-up and then alternate cardiovascular/aerobic dance combinations with toning exercises for arms, legs and abs and then finish with stretching. This type of workout has been shown to burn the most fat as the body readjusts to the varying exercises. All levels are welcome as you can go at your own pace. High intensity and low intensity options will be demonstrated. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers and bring hand held weights (3-5 pounds), a yoga or exercise mat, and water.
