Gentle Yoga for Health and Well-Being Register View Cart

In this six-week class instructor Patricia Conti will teach yoga postures to strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, balance, and range of motion.  You will learn breathing techniques to reduce stress and help you maintain deeper levels of relaxation throughout your day.  Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring an exercise/yoga mat or large towel and a small pillow.
